This, and many (if not all) of the achievements in this game can be unlocked by playing against bots.
Your best bet is to spawn in a named POI, grab a weapon (I prefer melee weapons) and start roaming around. I recommend staying on rooftops if you can, it'll give you better sightlines and bots will try to grapple / climb up to you and they aren't that good at it.
I unlocked this about 2 full minutes into a match. I was also able to unlock
The Fearful Aura achievement in NARAKA: BLADEPOINT worth 16 pointsBecome the Kill Leader (the player with the most kills in the game so far).
just by getting first blood.
