Story related, can't be missed!
Climb 'The Ruins of The Red House' and go into the 'Tower Room' to push the button. Head back out and make your way through the open door to the 'Ventilation Corridor'. Head through there to 'The Red Hall' and jump down and go to the left. You'll learn that Johnny Heat has been abducted and needs your help. Head to the left of Johnny's statue and make your way to the 'Data Dump Room' and push the button on the far left of the room to activate one of the two symbols on the locked door in 'The Red Hall' while simultaneously viewing HIM's Holo-History which unlocks Know Thine Enemy.

Now head back to the right to 'The Red Hall' and keep going all the way right to fight some enemies in 'Access door to the Red Fields' and push the second button to that opens the door. Head back to Johnny's statue and jump up into the newly opened door that leads to 'Access to the Maintenance Area' which leads into 'Red Terminal, Ticket Office'. Speak with the NPC to receive your ticket for The Train and head to the end of the room to acquire the Dashstab move.
With Dashstab acquired, the first thing you'll want to do is get Your Buddy's Room achievement before you forget!
