After visiting Ougai's hidden room, teleport to Floppy island to retrieve the Floppy Board code. Use the transcriber portal again but this time use the following combination to reach Floppy Island.
Floppy Island combination:
Once you arrive at Floppy Island, climb up and go left to the 'East Hillside' fight your way to the left until you reach the 'Old Telephone Box' and from there go to the top left 'West Hillside' until you reach the 'Cliff'. From the Cliff, climb down and go into the cave and push the button. The button will unlock 'Cavern of the Well' which is located one screen to the left of the Floppy Island starting area. Backtrack to the beginning and head into this cave and retrieve the key. Exit the cave and climb back up and go left to the 'Old Telephone Box. Now climb to the very top and input the code into the teleporter.

Important
Once inside, you'll talk to the NPC on the far right to gain access to the balcony and retrieve the Key Card that gives you access to the Redbeard boss battle. This key card unlocks the achievement "A room with a view" even though you only obtain the Backup Floppy Disk after defeating Redbeard. Once you've done this, head back all the way to the right to the starting area and back through the teleporter. Now speak with the Tech-Guru Compiler so that he may compile your Floppy Board.
After acquiring the key card and defeating Redbeard, you'll collect another Backup Floppy Disk, you'll be one step closer to completing this achievement.

You can get this in the blue room after completing the yellow one. You will reach an area called "Old telephone box". Go all the way to the top left and drop down, there will be a cave with a switch. Now, make your way back to the bottom where you had to climb and avoid the red hands and go left, the cave will now be unlocked and you can get a key. Back to the telephone box screen and climb the tower all the way up to the teleporter. The code is:
Yellow: horizontal line (2nd from top)
RED: bottom facing spaceship (last)
BLUE: bottom facing spaceship (last)
Once you get warped, go right to interact with a console and the balcony opens up
