Once you've acquired your Stag form, head outside and speak with the Stag Master. Transform and head out the door on the right. Keep travelling along until you reach the 'Ancient Path', then you'll transform back into your normal form. Once back to normal, interact with the ability statue to acquire Shoulder Bash move.
Shoulder Bashi is acquired immediately after Animal Form achievement.
