After travelling through the yellow portal in the 'Yellow Ansible Channel' room you'll land in the 'Desert Simulation'. Head immediately to your right to the statue to meet with Taiyo the Protector Dude. Once the conversation is done you'll acquire his power and the achievement will unlock.
