This is in the Red Chapter of the game. After you get the dash stab ability make your way back to the start of the chapter where you first spawned. Open the door using dash stab and enter. You need to enter the following combination here:
Yellow: down facing spaceship (last symbol)
RED: parachute (3rd from bottom)
BLUE: left facing spaceship (second last symbol)

The Secret Achievement achievement in Narita Boy worth 418 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Now that you've learned the Dashstab move, use it to smash the red door at the end of the room on the right to gain access to 'The Red Hall' once again. Head to your right and smash the next red door to gain access to the 'Adjoining Service Corridor' which leads you back to the 'Ruins of The Red House'. Head to your right for a boss battle against 'White Noise'. This boss teleports and swallows you up in her cloak if you're not quick enough to dodge. Dodge and hit her until you activate her next phase where she disappears while these strange things pop out of the ground 3 times before she reappears, then quickly slash her. Once you defeat her, move right yet again and you'll be back at the starting area 'Transcriptor's Barrow'. Dashstab the red door to enter the Transcriptor's Barrow and use the following combination to enter Johnny's hidden room. Once inside, don't forget to Backup Floppy Disk!
