After entering the yellow house you'll be in the 'Desert Simulation'.
Head to the right and acquire Taiyo Beam's power and then head right and make your way to the 'Between Halls, Main Access to the Fortress'. Head through the first door you see into the 'Lower Wings'. Head all the way down through to the lower left side your new move.
After learning the move, stand on the crate to your left and perform the Uppercut into the wall to find Taiyo's hidden red symbol.
