The first time you will be able to play as ReepiCheep is in the area "Miraz's Castle Assault", which is in the fourth level. Reepicheep is the little mouse-keteer character.
Just switch to Reepicheep and remain in the courtyard in the main hub area. Three Telmarine soldiers will continuously spawn from the door in the back right area of the courtyard. Just keep killing them with Reepicheep's completely awesome mouse-sized rapier until the achievement pops.

If you don't get this while playing through the game and try level 4 again, there won't be any respawning enemies in the "hub". Go up the stairs to the right and you'll start a mission with only Reepicheep and Trumpkin. Pull the lever and go up the stairs. There'll be an infinite number of Telmarines coming out of the door openings. To make it easier, plug in another controller to control the other player - in this way the AI won't steal your kills. You can get "Trumpkin's Delight" and "Remarkable Rodent" faster this way than using the starting room.
