In order to get this achievement, you need to win 10 ranked matches.

However, if you are going for the 100% of the game you would need to win 50 matches in order to get these titles:

080 Certainly victorious: 10 ranked wins online.
081 Explosively advancing: 20 ranked wins online.
082 Dojo Breaker: 30 ranked wins online.
083 One's Own Ruler: 40 ranked wins online.
084 Omnipotent: 50 ranked wins online.

The biggest issue with the achievement is finding another player to help you, this happens because:

1) The multiplayer for this game is dead.
2) People with the achievements are not usually willing to help newcomers
