Don't worry about the storm points too early in the game. Just finish the game and when going for the other achievements you should get this anyway.
When going for the "Which Name Shall I Use" achievement, you need to do 30 battles which each character, which will give you more than enough storm points.
The Which name shall I use? achievement in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 worth 304 pointsYou've acquired all titles.
If you still want to do this earlier (and need money) I highly recommend one of the last fights.
Kiba VS Konan, which is the easiest & fastest fight compared to the amount of money & SP you get.
