Easiest with only 2 on the team as it still counts but only needs 2 jutsu's landed, personally earned this during the 3rd battle of Boy's Battlefield with Kakashi and Obito.

] in one battle. You can create a team up to three members. After hitting an opponent with a Secret Technique, move the 
to the left or right to make one of your supports change into the new leader during a battle. Doing this will use up 50% of your Support Gauge. Afterwards, continue hitting the opponent with the new leader's Secret Technique. This can be done with either teams of two members or teams of three members.
