Ever-Changing League is found by going to "Free Battle" and then selecting "League". This game mode is essentially a tournament where you tally points by winning your battles. You can set this to the lowest difficulty and only have 4 fighters so it only takes 3 fights. This should be a given, considering the easiest difficulty is pretty much fighting a still AI even with the unique conditions of each battle.
