Simple enough! Tap A as you pass through a green hoop to speed up, and dodge any red hoops you see. The red hoops will slow you down and deduct some health, and the faster you go, the slightly more harder it will become. The highest score on the board after completing a tree action sequence is the one to beat.

Look at your map for the shortest routes, and try those to get it over and done with faster.
