For this trophy, you need to finish an opponent while Awakened. During battle after sustaining too much damage from your opponent. Your character's Awakening Lamp will appear next to your Chakra Gauge. After the Awakening Lamp appears, hold to prepare your Chakra and when your Chakra is at MAX while still holding you'll enter Awaken state. While Awaken, some characters such as Naruto and Sasuke will transform and have their stats attributes, Jutsu or even their Ultimate Jutsu changed. Other characters will go through a slight change in appearance or only have their stats attributes increased. While in this mode, you need to finish your opponent off by depleting all their remaining Health Gauge before the Awakening Mode comes to an end. This can be done in either Ultimate Mission Mode or Free Battle Mode, but the trophy will unlock naturally for you just by playing through the game because some missions in Ultimate Mission Mode have you in Awakening Mode by default.

Additionally, there are a few characters in the game that can start the battle in Awakening Mode. This is only available if you completed the Chasing Sasuke Arc. When selecting these characters as leaders at the battle Character Select screen, you can press to have your selected character start the battle in Awakening Mode. The Awakening Mode in this state will last until the end of the battle, so if you select any of the following characters this way, it will also unlock the trophy.
