There are two ways to get this, The legit way or the easy way.
The legit way is to try and obtain a gold medal in "The Chase" Mode that you are good at. (I personally manged to get one gold legit) This is quite hard to do though.
The easy way is to chose a Follow The Leader challenge and select gold. When the flag goes green, turn slightly right and then sharply left. If done correctly your car should be terminally damaged and if you do it before time runs out you should get the Passed message. Do this 2 more time on the same challenge but on a different track. This could take some time to obtain the terminal damage but it should be quicker then the legit way.
