How to unlock the All Or Nothing achievement in NASCAR 08 EU - Definitive Guide

Accomplish every other achievement in the list (except for the 5000 miles one, you can do that anytime) and the achievement should pop up. However, if the game stays at 97, 98 or 99 %, check 2 things:
1. At the Chase Mode, after you finish owner mode, you MUST progress to the next season to complete the Chase Mode.

Edit (Moumoute99, thank you): You do not need to accomplish ''Trade your set up'' for reaching the 100% mark.
