After entering the track, you can go to Driver Assists and turn them all off. It is easier to do so at a Superspeedway as you have less of a chance to spin out.
Note: You can still use automatic transmission, just make sure everything else is “off.”

It should be pointed out that you do not need to win the race. So, it can be done anywhere.

I would also like to add something to go with the other guide on here. You can do this by yourself in an online private race. No one else makes this alot more easy to get for people like me that suck at racing games lol.
