How to unlock the Heading to the Garage achievement in NASCAR 14 - Definitive Guide

Start up any race and turn damage to Full. Now turn around and go backwards. Ram straight into the incoming pack and you have earned yourself a quick trip home :) Works best on Daytona or Talladega

Note: Make sure flags are turned off.

I would assume so, as long as you have someone else to ram straight into. It is much easier just to do in a single player race.
