Create your own league. Make it one race. Add a friend that you know isn't going to participate. Then just launch the race on your own. Unlocks after completing the race.

This is how I did it.
Go to Multiplayer and then "Online Leauges." Then, "Create Online League." I set it up with race only on 2% laps with flag rules off. Pick Watkins Glen (it will be only 1 lap on 2% laps) with
and then finish with 
. You can pick anybody to join your league, but you have to pick someone. (They do not have to accept it or anything. I just used my 2nd account.) It will send an Xbox Message to that gamertag. Then, you should get a "League created" pop-up.
Then, just "Launch Tournament Event." Just finish the race, by yourself and it should pop after that.
Enjoy the very easy 50G!! smile

I'm going back around and never got this, it says I have no friends to add. is this a glitch, anyone know?

Enter multiplayer and select “Online Leagues”. Here, you can create a new league with one race and invite any of your friends (they don’t have to own the game). Now, you can choose your driver and race the single race by yourself to earn this achievement.
