Update 7/13/14: It appears that the most recent patch has fixed the 'Logano to the Lead' challenge. This achievement, along with it's two counterparts, are now possible! I glanced over the patch notes and didn't find any other fixes worth mentioning, so if any of this information is no longer correct, don't hesitate to give me a shout.

I suppose that this achievement is no longer glitched considering 9 people have unlocked it in the last couple days.
