This achievement can take over 3 hours if you race every lap. However, you can skip 6 laps at a time by causing cautions.
Make sure nascar rules are turned on in the options menu, set the race to 100% and just go spin people out. I lapped everyone once before causing cautions just in case a caution flag didn't come out if I got involved in a wreck.

It took me 51min. Causing cautions evert time is possible. No need to lapped everyone first.
