To say it simplest, you will get achievement for 'dirty driving', crashes, spinning other cars etc. Once you get other career achieveemnts and just ticking off remaing season till 10th you should get without much effort since going through races only w/o qual will be fastets way to complete 10 seasons.
Puppys
You will most likely earn this naturally by playing through the career. If you race hard against the AI or wreck them, their rival meter will fill up. Wreck them a lot across multiple races and they will become a rival. They will start racing you a lot harder and sometimes even run into you. You only need to obtain one rival for this achievement, so go out there and take out your least favorite driver a couple times to earn this one.
