This is achievement is easy to get if you only go for this achievement.
Go to Championship, Camping World truck series (this also works for Xfinity Series and Monster Energie Cup Series)
Choose Playoffs only.
Car doesn't matter, I chose nr 46 Todd Gilliland.
Then press
to go to the championship settings.
AI difficulty: Custom 85
Race Lenght: 2%
Championship mode sessions: Race only
Damage: No damage
The rest of the settings doesn't matter.
Just play and win the races in the playoffs and the achievement will popup.

This achievement must be done in Championship Mode. Start up a full Truck season, select your favorite driver and race preferences, and win the championship. You can set the AI to the lowest possible difficulty (85%) to make this achievement trivial.
