How to unlock the Car Collector achievement in NASCAR Heat 3 - Definitive Guide

At the beginning of any Career Mode season, you will need to create your own team, rather than joining one. It will cost a certain amount of money to buy a team, and that cost severely increases as you reach higher levels of competition. For example, a team and set of cars may only cost you $100k in the Xtreme Dirt series, while the same team and cars will cost you tens of millions at the Cup level. DrEvilGuapo has been kind enough to mention that just a second car at the Cup level is 6.1 million dollars, while a third car is 7.1 million. This definitely proves that all team related trophies are worth doing at a lower level, rather than Cup.

After purchasing a team in the series of your choice, you can then purchase cars/trucks, hire employees, and upgrade departments. You can also increase the stats of your employees, so that they do better work on your cars/trucks. Once again, the cost of doing business is much higher in the Cup series than say the Dirt series, so it’s up to you when you want to go for them. I personally did mine during season two (my first Truck series season) and was able to get every career-related trophy around the time I reached the playoffs. You could also wait until you are rolling in cash and purchase everything outright; it’s up to you.

For this particular trophy, you will need to purchase all six cars/trucks available to you. Each one gets more expensive, with the final one costing me around $100k (Truck series).

PST.org user Quickey has also mentioned that the achievement did not unlock when they purchased six cars without purchasing one of each (short track/speedway/road course). It would be a good idea to make sure to purchase one of each chassis before filling out your stable.
