NASCAR Heat 3

You are able to hire two employees for every car you own. Once you purchase all six cars, you can hire the last of the employees needed for this achievement. Each employee costs more or less depending on their starting statistics, so you can choose based on their cost if you like. It's worth spending the extra cash to get an employee with higher stats, as you will need to max out at least one employee's stats later down the road.
