there are two ways to unlock this achievement:
1) Completing the Truck Series season and getting a contract offer from ANY Xfinity Series team (3 Star - 5 Star doesn't matter) Make sure to select and accept an offer for next season. Shortly after you enter the next season, the achievement will pop
2) Reset your career, then select the starting point for your career. Select Xfinity as your starting point (Opt-out of both the Extreme Dirt and Gander Outdoors series) and then you will be tasked to select from 3 3-Star teams. Once you select a team, the game will load and the achievement will pop
