Join a online lobby preferably a short race. When the race starts, don't touch your controller. After some time (15s to a few minutes), an error message should appear saying you lost server connection. At that point, just finish the race, get credited for the win, and repeat.
This works for all active games from Monster (Heat 4, 5, Tony Stewart's 2 games, SRX, and World of Outlaws), and works as of 1/1/23.
