To get this achievement u have to win a race on each of these Short Tracks

1. Bristol
2. Dover
3. Iowa
4. Martinsville
5. Phoenix Raceway
6. Richmond

dover is actually considered a speedway in this game. So I guess we can get the achievement even faster! :)
