How to unlock the Points Afficiando achievement in NASCAR Heat Evolution - Definitive Guide
The way I would suggest doing this achievement is this...
Game Mode: Race
Physics: Normal
Track: Bristol
Opponent Difficulty: 85
Race Length: 7% (The minimum in which flags are selectable)
Fuel / Tires: Normal
Flags: All Flags
This will make Bristol a 35 lap race. No need to qualify at 85 A.I. difficulty. At the green flag, race to the front, which should only take a lap or two. Continuously bring out the yellow flag and skip to the next green flag, which will advance the race 5 laps each time. Do this about 6 or 7 times until you get to the Green, White, Checker, which leaves 2 laps to race. Race for the win AND 3,990 speed points (38 laps x 105) if you are Elite. I have Elite on every track and it seems the game gives a 105 rating regardless of your lap speed in the race. Each race using this method takes approx. 3.5 minutes. A speed point rate of roughly 60,000+ per hour, less than the following method due to track loading times. A typical race at Bristol (2%, or 10 laps minimum) takes roughly 18 seconds per lap at 10 laps, or 3 minutes, for only 1,050 speed points.
This way you are gaining wins AND speed points at a much faster rate.
If all you care about is speed points, do the same exact setup except race length 100%, 500 laps at Bristol. This will net you (500 laps x 105) 52,500 speed points in just 40 minutes. This will give you a speed point rate of roughly 65,000+ per hour.
If all you care about is wins, then I would do Bristol at the minimum 2% race length (or another track of your preference), which is 10 laps, and roughly 3 minutes per race. You can select "race again" after the race is finished to continue without going to the main menu, saving time. At only 85% difficulty, there is no need to qualify.

This is gonna be long one. After I earned all carrer, race mode speed ratings and challenges related achievements I had about 230k points. Since you get it for speed rating multiplied by number of laps it's best to grind on some short easy tracks like Bristol.
Try to connect this with achievement for winning 200 races to not get too bored. Before doing this I had less than 70 races won and set race lenght to get about 2k speed points for one race, on short tracks it's about 4% lenght and after geting those 200 races finish up rest.
