To net yourself this achievement you must win a race on each track that is 1 mile in length or less. There are five in total.
The following tracks are 1 mile or less:
Bristol - 0.533 miles
Dover - 1 mile
Martinsville - 0.526 miles
Phoenix - 1 mile
Richmond - 0.75 miles
To make them all an easy win, change the race settings for the AI Difficulty to Auto (-2%) and race length to under 7% as there are no flags, tire wear and fuel stops.
