There are two super speedway tracks, Daytona and Talladega. Simply win a race on each of them to unlock this achievement.
To make it easier for yourself set the AI Difficulty to Auto (-2%) and race length to 4% or lower.

Are you sure there are just two of them ?
I've raced and won both of them multiple times now but no achievement.
EDIT
Nevermind , did them both again and popped after the second race in daytona.
