This cheevo cannot be done straight away.
As you play the quest mode on any series, rotate the world untill you find a level 6 puzzle, I did mine on episode - dangerous encounters and the level 6 puzzle is called bait ball.
You are able to start the puzzle but pieces will be missing so complete what you can and play some more quest mode in that series.
Eventually as you complete episodes you will unlock puzzles pieces so check back and eventually you should have unlocked all the peices for that puzzle before finishing the episode.
Dont worry tho, you can start the puzzle in quest mode and come out of it, when you return it will still look like you left it so you wont be made to restart it.
