From the main menu select stat attack and short/easy game. This will allow 20 turns.
Make sure you are playing 2 player and are each playing a diffrent colour.
If there are 2 of you its best to just play properly and eventually you will get the cheevo but if you wanna get it quickly when its player 2 turn simply select the lowest scoring stat to increase the chance of player 1 winning.
