From the main menu select quiz mode.
Select any catagory you like, preferably one you know alot about and the select 40 questions quiz length. Now also select easy mode.
On the team selection screen sign in a second controller, be aware if you sign in a second profile that profile will not get the cheevos (well my wife didnt get them anyway).
Make sure both controllers select the SAME team.
Play the game normally and try to answer as quick as possible. On the betting rounds always bet 100points so you get maximum points if you get the question correct.
Hopefully by the end of the quiz you will have got 2,700 points and the cheevo will pop.
You should get the below cheevo at the same time, (well i did anyways)

i just got the achievement after one last attempt it seems that you have to use your 2nd control to answer a certain amount of questions i just played 1 round with each control and it worked so if anyone see this and has trouble also try using a control a round

Dont know what to tell you, it seems alot of games latly have glitchy cheevos, 1st thing i would suggest would be to clear your system cache files, this will delete any updates but will not affect game saves, when you load the game up you may be asked for an update, accept this time. play the game and get the cheevo again, if your not awarded the cheevo then clear you cache files again but this time do not accept the update and get the cheevo off line.
Im not saying either will work but this solution has worked for me in the past with games like mercenaries where the cheevos are buggy as hell.
Have you/ is it possible to sign in yourself and 2 other profiles, have 2 on your team and 1 on another team, maybe that might work.
