How to unlock the Chain of Command achievement in Naughty Bear - Definitive Guide

U get the captain naughty costume by getting at least bronze trophys on levels 3-1 3-2 3-3 and colonel ketchup is in the last section of episode 3. Just bash or trap him till RT comes overhead and make sure you still have the oozy then RT him should poop up : )

Yeah I go to the bathroom all the time and achievements just happen.

You first need to unlock Captain Naughty. Complete levels 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 with at least Bronze trophies.

I used episode 3 story level (3-0).

Work your way through the level til you reach the final section. You will see Cozy with the blue helmet. Colonel Ketchup is the military fellow with sunglasses and a fancy hat. To start with, no one cares about you. This is a great time to pop Cozy with the tv if you need the achievement. Once you cause enough issues everyone will be onto you and you'll need to be more careful.

You need to get Colonel Ketchup injured enough that you can get behind him to perform the oozy kill. You can use traps, scare him, beat him, etc. I decided to sit in the bushes and take pop shots with the oozy at him until he started limping.

Quick notes:
- Make sure you keep the oozy until you pop the Colonel
- Don't let the Colonel become scared stupid (Bubbles over their head)
- Don't kill the Colonel by accident

Colonel Ketchup can be found in the Cabin in Episode 3. He has the hat and sun glasses on. You will want to get an Oozy (the SMG) as a weapon, use a trap to injure Colonel Ketchup then finish him off with an R2 context kill. When you get the bear into a trap use L2 to super scare them and they will get injured right away. Use this for all the costume kill trophies.

For this you need to acquire the Captain Naughty Costume, see Full wardrobe achievement for details on how to obtain the costume. Load Episode 3, and in the third part of the episode in the cabin is where Colonel Ketchup is (Bear wearing Big hat with sunglasses). The fastest way to do this is to catch him alone, and just start beating him senseless, and you will get the Ultra-Kill prompt. You can also acquire the What's this Cozy achievement while doing this one.

We open the costume of Captain Scamp (we pass tests 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 for bronze)
"Uuzi" = Uzi is given to you first.
Let's go complete any suitable mission in the third episode
Don't forget to choose the Captain Scamp costume.
We find Colonel Ketchup (3rd location, wears a cap and dark glasses)
We beat him until he begins to limp.
With an Uzi in hand, do an ultra kill on Colonel Ketchup
