How to unlock the Got your Privacy back achievement in Naughty Bear - Definitive Guide

This is quite easy, just score the amount of points needed to advance to the next zone until you come to the final zone. Episode 3 has 3 zones. Score the amount of points needed to advance thorught the zones in the level. At the final zone, you must punish Cozy to procede to finish the level.
Cozy is the red bear with the blue hat who is shown as you eneter the area.

This episode introduces the military bears. They are armed with magnum's and SMGs so you'll want to be wary about approaching a large group of them.
