I was able to get Sunbeam right off the start in the final area of episode 7:When Aliens Attack by using one of the outfits that enable you to walk amongst the bears un-noticed.
Just make sure you do nothing 'naughty' to make the bears even suspicious once you enter the last zone, and use the red arrow at your feet to give you a general idea of which direction to start heading.
Find him fast and he should be right on his way to a nearby campfire for you to shove him right in it. If you're too slow you will have to wait for him to return to it, or just restart.
Necromancer2k8 adds that Sunbeam was sitting in the farthest long building near the mixer when he went to the campfire. Another bear beat Sunbeam to the campfire, and he waited until that bear left and Sunbeam came over next for him. Thanks for the positive feedback!

Just confirming both the above really, as long as you run and hide in the grass eventually Sunbeam will come and warm himself by the fire. I tried it twice and both times Sunbeam was the second bear to arrive by the campfire. You can also just stalk him as long as you are dressed as a bear that can walk around unnoticed. He will eventually walk to the fire, just might take a couple of minutes, then you can fry his face.

I'll add in the following of what I did that goes along your soultion information.
Sunbeam was sitting in the farthest long building near the mixer when I went to the campfire. I didn't break anything, didn't pickup anything and didn't do anything except run to the campfire and wait as soon as I entered the level. Another bear (I think the blue one) strolled by, sat at the fire for maybe 15 seconds and left. Sunbeam was the next one who came over and within 2 minutes on the level I had the cheevo. It seems that as long as you don't do anything except run & hide he will hit the fire every time. If you miss him initially just re-run the level with the master miyagi bear and you can hit the last section in maybe 4 minutes maximum if you just destroy and kill everything you see until you've hit the points needed to exit the section. Excellent solution and thumbs up :)

This was an annoying one for sure! None of the guides here did anything for me so I will tell you how I got it.
Choose a bear that can walk amongst others. Any will do.
Get enough points on each part untill FINAL
ZONE POPS UP ON THE SCREEN after you advance.
Now book it over to the fire pit area, you want to go to the fire farthest from where you spawn. Now wait there and dont make a sound, dont do anything!
Sooner or later sunbeam will make his way over but your goal is to keep any bears off the fire so sunbeam can use it.
If one bear is on it already sunbeam will turn around and leave when he sees the other bear there.
If sunbeam is far away from the fire area and a bear comes to use it then dont sweat it. If sunbeam is making his way to the fire and another bear is heading to the fire also you must BLOCK the other bear. Stand infront of it and keep trying to block him.
For me there was a bear about 2 feet infront of sunbeam and both were heading for the fire. So I got infront of the first bear and blocked him from going to the fire, sunbeam just walked around us and went to the fire. The other bear then walked away and I tossed sunbeam
into the fire.
Also I'm told that clearing the update will put sunbeam
near or at the fire at the start, so if my method does not work trying clearing the cache.
Good luck this is the 4th hardest achievement in my opinion.

To get this you will most likely have to use a character that can walk amongst the other bears un-noticed, For example Master Naughty, Shefiff Naughty etc
Sunebeam is in the final chapter as usual. There are two camp fires in the level, so youll have to find sunbeam (The Yellow One) and watch where he goes.
Its based more on luck than anything so you'll have to play the waiting game and follow him around.

This sure is annoying. Im hiding in the bushes and he has walked straight past the campfire 10 times! ill give it one hour and then ill move on.

Pretty simple solution really but a bit of a wait is required. First off just breeze through to the finale of Episode 7 and then when you arrive at the "Mothership"(When really its just a green re-do of the normal town but in green =/) you must head up towards the car and then wait for Sunbeam to come to the car(Do not worry or piss any of the bears off) and with a little patience he will arrive at the campfire and then, torch the bastard.

You will have to be patient with this achievement, because the only way you can get it is to wait for Sunbeam (Yellow bear with Tin foil hat) to lean over it, and then simply walk up behind him at do an Object-Kill. The achievement will unlock after you kill him
(Note: You can gain this achievement in any challenge not just in the main Episode.)

This one is tricky. As you can not sabotage the camp fire or force Sunbeam to be over it. You have to wait for him to go and stand over it, then kill him with the R2 context attack. I found that on my third try he walked over there himself after about 15 seconds so just keep trying and eventually he will walk over there himself.
Note - at no point did any of them see me, I think it's best if you keep out of view or you will distract him and he won't move towards the fire.
