Ways of racking up those points:

If the mission allows it, let the bears escpae, theyll come back with 2 more bears.

Allow bears to call for help, more bears more scares. Its great having a cop bear wonder round the area and seeing all the terrible things youve done.

Use an un-noticable character and sabotage alot and learn where the frost capsules are.

Cause Mayhem untill you have 100x and then keep going for the frost capsules while scaring other bears.

Spice it up abit, use different weapons for every ultra kill, and use sabotaged objects for ultra scares or kills.

Use traps, allow a bear to come and help the traped bear and then run over and scared the bear helping, then scare the traped bear and leave him wonder around all injured, scaring all the other bears haha.

Before advancing to the next area, sabotage/destroy everything, it can really make a difference, i got nutter in the final sector from destroying things.

Thos are the main thing id say can really help get that score sky rocketing
