To earn this achievement, you must finish a full four player match with all of your lives.
It's fairly easy to boost if you can find a team (no one actually plays this online anyway). I selected the "Disco" section of Paradise Island because it has a general meeting spot: "The Disco". Also be sure to set the life count to three as it speeds up the process of getting the achievement. Have all of the other players run towards you and just kill them all until all three have lost all of their lives. When the final bear's life is taken by you, you are awarded this achievement.
Be sure to assist the others getting the achievement as well!

Set the health minimum if you can. Try to get health cakes and Pick up some good weapons. Press 
when you are near somebody to finish him. You will see someone limping when they are low on health.

A Vampiricorn match is the third new multiplayer mode introduced in the Episode 10 DLC, and is essentially Team Deathmatch. As nobody plays this online anymore, you are probably going to have to resort to boosting the achievement. You will be split into two teams. Two people can get the achievement at once. Just ensure that Team 1 always does the killing in match 1, until the kill limit is reached and the match ends. Then replay the match but let team two get all the kills.
As long as you do not die by the time the match ends, you will have earnt the achievement.
