Try to do this before you kill any of the other bears as it can sometimes scare him too much to want to come in.
Go to the main room of the cabin and pepare for a long wait. You want to sabotage all the TV's but make sure you do this while noone else is in the room, this may take quite a bit of time. Wait for Cozy to come running in to fix the TV's then run over and press RT for an Ultra Kill while he is mid repair.
You may find that many of the other bears will want to fix the TV's before Cozy even realizes they need it. This will mean you have to constantly keep sabotaging them. To make it a bit easier to get a chance alone in the room to do so I suggest placing some traps at the entrance of the area in front of the Uni Bear statue and slowly pick them off as they get caught but be careful not to get spotted.
If you have unlocked a costume such as Sherrif Naughty it gives you the ability to walk around unnoticed. In this case you can stand in the room and wait without hiding aslong as you have done nothing to make any of the other bears suspicious. I would highly recommend not even attempting this without one of these styles of costumes.

I started Episode 3:Big Ted Is Watching, i used Master Naughty.
1, Jump out of the left window and attack the camera doting bird, gaining access to the door.
2, Kill however you wish to gain access to the next door.
3: Run foward down the slope,turn right and sabotage the BBQ and topple the foot locker/cooler immediately opposite it.
4. Run straight in the building via the door on your immediate left and wait.
5, You will notice 3 big old fashiond T.V's as you enter the room, directly in front of you..
6. Now find a space and wait...
7, when you're clear, sabotage the T.V's and he'll repair one. if not wait till your clear again, then repeat sabotaging.
Side note. If you have time after tampering with the tv's sabotage the cooker,etc.

Same idea as Party Thrasher! but with the Telly. There are 3 TV's inside the cabin so it shouldn't be hard to get him to try to repair it. More than once when I started the level and went into this area he was using the TV, so I went right in and got him. If he isn't using the TV go into the cabin and sabotage one then rush straight out. Hopefully Cozy will notice and fix it before he leaves the cabin. If you are having no luck getting him to fix the TV restart the level a few times and eventually he will be standing over the TV when you enter the area.

To do this achievement, you will need to sabotage the Television in the cabin in the second part of the episode, and kill Cozy (Red bear wearing the blue helmet), and this by far is very difficult due to the fact so many bears have guns. I recommend you wearing the Captain Naughty Outfit for this one, as he does not get attacked right away unless you sabotage something. The best way to do this is to simply run around to your left once you start. Go into the bushes right next to the door, and wait until the bears leave the room, and be sure to sabotage all of the televisions. Once you do this simply run out and hide in the bushes again, Cozy will come in after Captain Ketchup starts to repair the television, after he starts to repair it run in quick and object kill him. (Note: You can gain this achievement in any challenge not just in the main Episode.)
