Simply buy a pack from the "Get Packs" tile on the main menu screen.
You will need a minimum of 1500 ABA balls per Bronze pack. They're easy to get, playing two exhibition games should get you enough to buy your first pack.

Easy Trophy, which can be unlocked very early in the Game. Just play 1 or 2 Games and after you have enough "Baller Bucks" just visit the Pack Shop and buy a bronze, silver or gold Pack.
You can buy a "Swag Pack" either, but for this you have to spend money, which is not necessary for this Trophy.
