For this, simply make the playoffs with either a Eastern or Western Division team. There are only 15 games in the season and the top 8 teams from each division make the playoffs.
If you're good enough to run up a lead in the division standings, you can also chose to quit a particular game and move on to the next one, it will count as a loss though, so if you do this make sure you can still make the playoffs, but it does get you out of playing a few games.

Getting this Trophy is easy, but takes some time.
Start a New NBA Season in the Main Menu start playing. A Season takes 14 Games (each 3 minutes).
If you finish in one of the Top 8 Seeds you will enter the Playoffs and the Trophy will pop, when you finish the Last Regular Season Game.
It doesn't matter which team you take, when you just started playing the game, notice, that you must have at least two Players of the Team you want to play with. Otherwise you have to pick another team or wait until you get another Player from the Team from the Packs.
When you play on a higher Difficulty (Expert or NBA) just remember, that the Eastern Conference is a little bit easier than the West.

Set up an NBA season on Rookie and try and win as many of your 15 games as you can. Make sure you are using the legendary players you purchased while working on "Sweat and Tears" and you shouldn't have any issues at all. A few tips:
- Focus on using alley-oops since they can be harder to defend.
- Use lottery picks (in game perks) to your advantage.
- Always go for the steal on defense.
- Making the first basket of the game gives you a bonus point as well.
Once you make the playoffs the achievement will unlock.
