Simply win the NBA Championship in Season Mode.
Description taken from my "Moving on Up" solution: "There are only 15 games in the season and the top 8 teams from each division make the playoffs.
If you're good enough to run up a lead in the division standings, you can also chose to quit a particular game and move on to the next one, it will count as a loss though, so if you do this make sure you can still make the playoffs, but it does get you out of playing a few games."

Now that you are into the playoffs, you must beat each team twice to advance to the next round, so you're playing a minimum of 8 games.
Difficulty also does not affect this achievement.
