EASIEST WAY... Play 2 player and make sure the 2nd person isnt signed into any profile. Then score so the other team has to inbound the ball. Have them hold LT and pass(A) and it will roll. then pick it off and score. Repeat this 15 times and you get achievement

put it on rookie ... steals at 100 n run up behind the player and steal the ball .. u can also get another achievement 30 assist when u steal it jus pass it up n score

Put the difficulty on rookie, and put reach in fouls on 0, pick Chris Paul and reach your way to the achievement.

This is a very easy achievement and you can adjust sliders to make it even easier. Go to Options from the main menu and then Game Settings. Change the User Sliders so that you have 100 in steals.
You will just get this achievement while going for the player specific achievements because by getting a lot of steals, you will be able to get the points and assists much faster.
When the other team has the ball, run up to them with your player and press . You should hit the ball away. Then just run up to it and pick it up or you can press again to dive for it.
