Pick Ray Allen and go up against Shaq, Udonis Haslem and Kendrick Perkins.

From the main menu, go to Game Modes and then NBA Blacktop. Once there, pick the 3 point Shootout. Pick any 4 players and change it so that you control every player. Once the game starts, make at least one basket with one player and then just let the clock run out for the rest of the players. Once every player has gone, the achievement will unlock.
