Just use the game settings to turn up your teams rebounds, blocks, and steals. Also turn down the rebounds on your opponent. make sure to go into your coaches settings also and turn up crash the boards. This makes it pretty easy to get

You will get this achievement while going for the player specific achievements.
For rebounds, shoot from beyond half court to make sure you miss and then try and get the rebound with your center who is under the basket.
For blocks, see 10 Blocks Trophy.
For steals, see 15 Steals Trophy.
The achievement will unlock right when you have at least 5 of each category
