edit him to max. height, connect a second controller, score 20 pts, then change the 3-shot sliders to 0, shoot from midfield, let him rebound 15 times. then grab your second controller, move the players with ball near howard (you may change his position to a more offensive player), shoot with second controller and at the same time, press Y on controller 1 to block the shot, rinse and repeat 3 times.
