Easy to get with the one of the All-Star teams. Put it on rookie and just pass on every basket to get 20 assists. After that don't try risky passes and keep the turnovers too 5 or under and you got it.
Pashos
You should be able to get this achievement easily, but if not, use two controllers. The only somewhat hard part about this is not making 5 turnovers and if you use two controllers, the opposing defense won't pressure you and force you to commit a turnover. Just make sure you don't make any bad passes and don't commit any fouls while on offense.
The achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
