From the main menu, go to Team Up and then Pick Up. Press once you're in the lobby to look for a game. Now you have to win the game. An easy way to do this is to invite a friend into your lobby before you search and then if you get into a game with just the two of you, both of you press and then have your friend let you win. If you get into a game with other people, just leave and try again.
