The way I did this was to go the Miami Heat due to the fact their players are good at layups/dunks and LeBron and Wade can hit the three with a fair bit of ease.
My advice for those who have not done this achievement is to avoid the Celtics because their players can almost score the 3 pointer every attempt even with a hand in the face, If you play the Lakers there is no need to panic as most players with this team will only try to keep giving the ball to Kobe.
Now I also recommend you try and build a decent double point lead of at least 12 points and only shoot 3s when you have a clear chance with LeBron or Wade (if you use the Heat) and to keep using the layup with Wade, LeBron or Bosh this should build you an efficient lead. Good Luck with the achievement if you don't have it.
